Beverly is the founder and principal consultant of SMART Human Resource Solutions Inc. She spent 16 fulfilling years working as a Human Resource Manager in the financial services industry. Her background includes an impressive proficiency in all aspects of Human Resources, as well as significant experience at the senior management level participating in and developing a variety of business processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, sales and customer service. Beverly is a proven leader in the HR community and she is very passionate about creating the most positive employee experiences in an effort to optimize productivity within organizations. She is an Intuitive entrepreneur who is committed to helping her clients solve their most challenging HR issues; driven to help create the most positive employee experiences; and, thrives on the opportunity to help people set and achieve their goals so they can find their purpose and realize their true potential.
