I am the Executive Director of Moncton Community Residences Inc. I am a specialist at creating services tailored to meet individual needs, with a focus on maximizing autonomy, inclusion, stability, and lifelong connections. Making a positive impact on a person’s life is the most rewarding act and has a ripple effect beyond our comprehension. The people we serve, who have developmental challenges and/or have experienced trauma, require unconditional care, and a nurturing environment that fosters compassion, courage, and flexibility. Throughout my time at MCRI, my desire to help others live a healthy and fulfilling life has deepened. I am committed to continuous personal and professional development, effective communication with our partners, relentless advocacy, integrity, resilience, and unity with our community.
