On July 18, 2017 Finance Minister Morneau released the long awaited consultation paper entitled ?Tax Planning Using Private Corporations?, delivering on the Liberal Government?s plan to increase the fairness and transparency of our tax system by closing loopholes and tax planning strategies that involve the use of Private Corporations.  We will be joined by Todd MacIntosh, CPA, CA the Managing Partner of KPMG LLP in New Brunswick, who will provide an overview of the rapidly changing tax landscape and explain the impact of these proposed new rules for Private Companies.
